請問這樣的觀念是對的嗎?1.有氧運動前一小時不進食?2.有氧運動後一至二小時不進食也不喝水?3.運動前10分鐘的暖身運動?4.運動後10分鐘的緩和運動?5.運動後10分鐘內不可坐下?6.有氧運動超過20分鐘,20分鐘後才開始燃燒脂肪?這是我的疑問...請幫忙解答....謝謝還有一個問題....就是運動完喝低卡可樂...會不��
