.我運動一年以上 每週有氧3-5小時,強度中到高hilow到spinning這類認真且無休即便冬天照常當例行工作=-=-=-=-=-==整個一年多後=-=-=-=-=-體重沒變因為我食量變大沒運動以前一天大約1500大卡運重之後仗著%#@*...就一天大約2500結果體脂完全沒變我是女性我有運動以前身高165體重50現在也是一樣(體脂就不提啦!)��
