我是素食主義者,接觸健身半年左右,所謂<不食肉>真的在增肌這方面效果差很多?目前還是學生,所以經濟狀況對乳清、高蛋白暫且不考慮,本身可以喝牛奶和吃蛋,平常訓練流程如下:飲食方面:早餐(7-8點)、中餐(12-1點)、晚餐(4-5點)都是隨意吃,但以不過油膩為主增肌方面:晚餐4-5點吃完6-7點開始進
