問題一健身=>"先做有氧再做無氧"跟"先做無氧再做有氧"的差別在哪?問題二我聽有再健身的朋友說,一個禮拜健身(做重訓)至少休息一天這是為什麼?不休息會怎麼樣嗎?問題三我現在目前身高191體重81腰圍有些脂肪(微胖),手臂蠻細的,腿剛好(整體看來算瘦)但是我想要練壯想練出2頭肌+3頭肌+腹肌
