目前需要練習4X25公尺的折返跑在23秒內跑完(即100公尺分四趟來回跑,單腳跨線算一趟。)因為我本來跑步就滿慢的,在跑折返跑過程第三趟和第四趟就會腿沒力,速度慢下來。轉身跟煞車感覺也費了頗多時間,導致我現在的速度只有25秒。該測驗是一年後施測,我目前是有去健身房做訓練股四頭肌的重訓
