我想知道能夠局部瘦身的運動,如腹部、臀部和腿部。還有怎麼一邊減肥還可以一邊增加肌肉組織,和相關的食物、菜單。再來就是我想知道怎麼才算有用到那個部位的肌肉,像是仰臥起坐這種,怎麼樣才算有用到肚子的肌肉,有用到的話是什麼感覺呢?
