我本身174.5公分體重約73-75吧~[不太固定=="]最近再練籃框終結者~~已經練了快2個禮拜第一個禮拜我天天都做第三週的量(平常有再打球+練系隊)所以覺得做第一週的量太輕鬆就從第三週開始做本身跳躍力非常濫~~我手有點短...(感覺)小腿感覺有力(因為在壓重都比隊裡的人輕鬆)可是就是跳不高~感覺是大腿�
