大大你們好我身高174.6CM體重80KG(高峰期85...近三個月最佳75)減肥這件事我已經持續快1年了不忌口三餐都有正常吃每餐都有吃白飯(0.5-1碗約400G)不吃油炸或過高熱量的油膩食物(我不挑時青菜都會吃)飲料幾乎是1個月不到2杯紅茶(半糖)分量適中我是高2生平常有在運動一個禮拜會做重訓約2-4次內容大概是舉20��
