我現在高1今年剛考進高中棒球隊我打擊免強過關但我有個毛病每次守備時滾地球都接的很好但要傳球時手就會有種不敢傳或傳不出去的感覺心裡會有點怕怕的怕會傳不準或暴傳要怎麼要才能克服這種心中的壓力呢?還有我國中時不是棒球隊的在體能及技巧方面難免和棒球隊的有落差要怎麼要調整才能追��
