1 我是一個沒打棒球經驗的人,今年17歲,以後應該會做吃局數長的RP,請大家給我開個棒球訓練菜單。我希望量不要太多,因為我希望投久點。還有重量訓練可以用游泳代替ㄇ?還有甩毛巾要怎甩?有什麼用?2 我可以比billy wagner強嗎?3 為啥牛隊的投手在牛棚熱身,但熊隊的不是在熊棚熱身呢?4
