因為我的手腕需要復健所以不能打球,我想用慢跑的方式增強我的體能。我想請問:慢跑應該用什麼樣的姿勢比較輕鬆而且有達到訓練肌肉的目的?是由腳跟到腳掌還是用腳尖跑還是其他的姿勢才正確?怎樣的姿勢跑才不會讓小腿有看起來很壯碩的肌肉,線條看起來是比較好的。因為我太矮了,我現在�
