我每天都做仰臥起坐一千下偶爾偷懶的話就是假日休息沒做我做了已經有兩個星期了可是我去量體重卻都沒有瘦下來的感覺欸我在想是不是我飲食方面的問題阿??請問我在飲食方面該如何調整呢?晚餐只吃菜ok嗎?熱量會不會太高呢?之前早餐有時吃有時沒吃(因為比較晚起)中餐就會吃得比較飽一點晚餐的話�
