我是男生19歲身高174體重50我希望身材可以練到像下面這張圖http://img.ungou.com/ungouPic/2008/5/30/2008530104...我查知識+的結果是,我要用少次可是很重的重訓破壞肌肉組織配合高蛋白的營養食品。(學校有提供重量訓練室,不過我不知道怎麼使用就是了。)還是我只需要伏地挺身和仰臥起坐就可以達到效果?有網友
