因為暑假實在太閒了,想說再加跳鄭多燕.之前有再跑步後來荒廢兩個月~現在又很熱想說就在家跳鄭多燕~因為每天都待在家,所以想說早晚各跳一次,沒意外的話應該會每天跳!這樣跳會瘦嗎?我想一個月瘦三公斤說,因為我大腿跟肚子真的一堆肉,而且都鬆鬆的==我想說先從舞蹈篇開始跳,跳到比較駕輕就手時,��
