我現在是國3生.....體重73公斤..身高167吧!現在每天晚上跳繩6百下..仰臥起坐35~40...請問我持續以上的做法..1個禮拜能瘦幾公斤?另外..想問我家有2個14P(不知道多重)的啞鈴...我的舉方法:身體站直..2手都拿亞鈴..把啞鈴往內伸,義邊先各5~10下...再換另一邊...手都會感到酸,請問我這樣可以練到手臂的肌肉嘛?我��
