是這樣的我想在家做運動鍛鍊身體但每次做完後隔天都會肌肉痠痛幾天而中斷這點使我非常煩惱因為這樣效果很差但痠痛很難強做就算強做只會更痛我目前在家做的運動有仰臥起坐舉啞鈴原地抬腿跑問題:運動前或運動後我該做甚麼樣的動作才能避免痠痛?另外問題:我聽說運動要分次做不能一次做太多那�
