聽說有些瑜珈動作可以改善"S型脊椎側彎"(我是正S型),有哪位大大知道的,可以教教我嗎??醫生和我說我這個只是輕微的,注意姿勢就好了...可是我的上背部一直不舒服...>_<有時還影響到睡眠...
