如題我身高181公分體重70~73公斤(每次量都這邊左右)有人說我體重理想了可是我覺得我的肚子還是很大我之前兩年前80公斤左右胡亂瘦一通體重是下來了可是我不覺得我的肚子,大腿,手臂蝴蝶袖沒有改善多少Q1我一個禮拜前開始每天用TOTALCORE活力健身機做仰臥起坐500下然後伏地挺身20下我不知道有沒有效Q2��
