各位好我想請教關於腿部訓練的問題最近一陣子開始加入了腿部重量訓練但問題來了訓練腿部時,都會覺得非常疲勞不會像其他部位越練越有感覺我本身18275KG腿部算胖子的腿,肉多又滿粗的,大小腿都粗我深蹲大概做40KG1組熱身15下50KG4組12下最後+3組40KG1組15下收尾一共是做8組,之後才做腿推舉夾腿與後勾我��
