我身高175公分體重約67公斤練兩三個月最近一個月練的比較勤手臂有明顯的線條但是肚子還是沒什麼有腹肌的感覺請問我這種體重如果想要身形好看一點還需不需要在輕一些??????????????還有如果想要在今年年底前(一個月內)練出有形的腹肌我家有一個十磅重的啞鈴還有一個滾輪如果不想去健身房單在家裡�
