小弟有固定的生活習慣那就是清晨7點上班前會到健身房運動,而中午休息時間也會固定睡個30分鐘。但最近應酬多,早上爬不太起來,這兩天便趁公司中午休息時去運動,竟發現中午運動,整個人的運動強度更強,感覺也很棒,但問題來了‥1、人體在中午時間真的適合運動嗎?到底是清晨運動好還是中��
