請問我目前國一在兩個禮拜內要瘦3-5公斤。我想喝3天瘦身湯搭配他的菜單據說可以瘦到2公斤左右。之後第4天怕復胖想吃清淡點,這樣會復胖嘛?減肥湯有效嘛?然後我會運動跳繩300下,喝蜂蜜水或開水3000cc,和瑜珈呼拉圈。請問這樣可以2禮拜達到我的目的嘛?可以改進哪更快呢?另外我還會吃綠豆�
