我是個身高166cm,體重卻有100kg的胖子(男)大部份都胖在腰與胸部腰圍用皮尺量都有49吋了咧最近受到刺激想要減肥了也看了許多文章可是我照我目前的三餐吃法,同事們卻認為這樣不行??以下是我的三餐早餐:7-11低脂鮮奶300ml(131卡)+光合三明治(263卡)中餐:御飯團(因口味不同...抓大約250卡)晚餐:芭樂或蘋果或大
