大家減肥會減到手腳無力嗎??我正在減肥,晚上過六點就不吃晚餐,每天下午吃一點水煮的肉和蔬菜,肚子真的很餓就吃香蕉喝白開水,聽說這是最近很流行的減肥方法,我會固定去健身房運動,每天晚上到附近的小學跑步,可是我覺得體力變很差,白天精神很不好,爬樓梯容易喘,而且我這個月的MC沒
