我長久以來的疑問...我先問減肥的問題好了1.如果把平常三餐的量減一半然後運動只有跑步會瘦嗎?2.然後一天最好在哪個時間運動比較好?3.假如是在上午的時候運動那下午和晚上要怎麼辦?4.熬夜和1.2餐都不吃或只吃超少的會瘦嗎?頭髮問題:我的頭髮有自然捲而且粗糙(我是短髮,大概到肩膀在短一點點)1.��
