我是1個國3升高1的女生目前175公分57公斤(減肥已經減3個月了(差3天就3個月整))我還想減到45~50我原本是靠跑步+少吃減下來但我發現跑步對女生不好-.-"而且聽說還會長高!?((拜託我連1公分都不想長高了..不過倒是想長胸部xD我現在改跳30分鐘的減肥操1天跳2次跳完1次就滿身大汗汗還用滴的滴到地板囧但我不曉得跳減肥操跟跑步哪個有效1.跑步我以前是慢跑30分鐘減肥操是1天跳2次每次30分哪個比較有效呢??2.還有如果想長胸部要怎麼辦??我想長到C我現在還可以長嗎??如果喝青木瓜四物飲有效嗎?...Showmore
