我聽說想減肥需要有氧運動+無氧運動才會達到效果1.如果我今天下午4點跑步大約30分然後回家再利用運動器材做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身想請問這樣會比只用運動器材做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身這樣會比較能瘦重點部位嗎?因為我想減肥(肚子太大)一開始只做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身可是效果不好然後聽說需要有氧運�
