我以前國中,高中都是拔河隊,現在受傷沒辦法繼續練習下去了,所以體重直線上升,都超過一百公斤,以前練拔河時最胖大概85公斤!!我172公分,現在104公斤,體質肪大概27!!我的肩膀背部都很結實,大部分都胖在肚子上!!我該如何減回80以內的標準身材,我想等腳傷好一點從新回到拔河場上!!體指肪27應��
