我是27歲的女性是一名上班族持續減肥周一至週五中午餐都吃正常晚餐則是湯水配冬粉也有持續運動跑步30分鐘+仰臥起坐50下+呼拉圈10分鐘洗完澡後抬腿+伸展運動平常上班還有穿束衣束褲但是減肥效果沒有很顯著我依舊46.47KG飄飄蕩蕩感覺頂多撿到1公斤而且很不穩定我想減到45公斤以下是因為基數太小難�
