目前剛在健身房健身,我想減掉肚子上的贅肉及鍛練出肌肉由於沒有足夠的預算請教練,自己想找出一套方法一週大都會去5-6次(幾乎每天去了)內容如下:跑步機1-2小時(60-70速度慢跑)重訓1-2小時不等,針對胸肌、大腿肌、腹肌等等,會由下半身至上半身作重訓會作4-5次循環(到無力再作為止)每次循環20下
