我本身不胖反而還很瘦但是我的肚子就是很大(對我來說)比例變的怪怪的我每天都有做50下仰臥起坐+20下伏地挺身但是我的肚子就是減不下來尤其是下腹部(肚臍以下)總是特別凸我摸的出來我有一點腹肌但總是因肚子的肥肉而看不出來我平常沒什麼時間做運動偶爾打籃球而已仰臥起坐+伏地挺身都是在睡前
