我目前要升大二20歲想必體力都還在增長吧!打我籃球時別人都說我下盤不夠足打球腳步站不太穩或者衝撞力不好都不能在籃下禁區跟別人對抗最近一直再家舉啞鈴雖然手臂變粗了仰臥起坐也做了不少伏力挺身就只剩腳的部分都沒有方法跑步嗎?不是只能增加腳的耐力而已我打球腳軟了別人就說我腳力不好
