這2.3個禮拜我開始1個禮拜至少快走4天每次都30分鐘至今快要1個月了肚子還是一樣大胸部還是很厚...我是男生我身高168體重65請問要如何做才能有效看的出來?三餐幾乎正常偶爾早餐會忘記吃睡前肚子餓會喝杯鮮奶
