我本身有在減肥持之以恆快1個月了本來85~現在77可是最近一直在停在75~77左右我想請問這樣的飲食還需要再改進些什麼嗎?早餐幾乎是麥香紅茶(10元)配3明治很多說喝豆漿可是現代的豆漿熱量高過於麥香紅茶我早上需要喝點稍微點的飲料來提神但我不喝咖啡/這樣的早餐還需改進嗎?中餐因為本人還是學生我
