本人身高182體重77,想訓練腰部、腕力和臂力,目前偏向有器材的訓練,比如說握力我有握力器、練臂力我有啞鈴,基本上是12下每天3組或以上,間閣休息一分鐘,想問是做2修1還是做1休2呢? 沒有想要變大隻,精狀就好,還是專業的各位有更好的方式呢?感謝
