先在學校停課所以請大家幫我規劃運動我晚上會去跑步但是早上很熱我怕到時候會中暑而且曬太陽很熱所以拜託大家幫我想想早上10點到3點我可以做什麼運動最好是依些有氧的因為一些仰臥起坐我是有空就做1.我現在有想說每天早上都喝一杯無糖豆漿<7-11賣的那種>每天喝OK嗎2.我之前有聽說減肥的話�
