各位大大我想要減40-45公斤所以我有幾個問題想請問依下減過肥的人或是專家1.仰臥起坐會不會減肥?2.有什麼在家裡面就可以做的減肥運動3.如果我每天慢跑消耗掉600大卡當天卻吃2000大卡這樣會比一天只吃1400大卡還有效率嗎4.不吃澱粉真的有用嗎?大概減多少會遇到瓶頸?有什麼副作用嗎?5.慢跑一定��
