請問減肥要做什麼運動?哪些運動是消耗熱量多又不傷身的聽別人說跳1000下跳繩每日可減0.5kg但是剛剛查一查http://tw.knowledge.yahoo.com/question/question?qi...他說仰臥起坐每天20下到五天增到100下算起來就是20+40+60+80+100=300300除5=60每天60下仰臥起坐日瘦0.6公斤?但是我怎麼覺得跳繩比較累?是資料有誤?
