我女生減肥1個月就遇到停滯期了"減的很慢"體重一直固定著感覺多吃一些就會胖回來55公斤減到53公斤後就一直卡再52~53之間早餐養生饅頭+無糖豆漿450cc+小黃瓜一條或水果+水煮蛋(只吃蛋白)中餐半碗白飯+2~3種菜(是用炒的)+少量魚+少量豬肉晚餐燙青菜或水果1個+每朝健康綠茶以上三餐已固定作息正常
