減重-有氧+重訓的問題 - 運動

最近開始運動一個禮拜3次重訓(1.3.5)30分左右每天有氧運動30分(踩腳踏車或慢跑)目前身高跟體重是172cm/77kg如果照我這樣練的話會不會不只體脂肪燃燒反而把練的肌肉也消耗掉了呢我知道要在運動後30分補充乳清蛋白但是會不會補充後反而變更肥呢加上我有尿酸過高==....10點多....尿蛋白曾經有測過偏高我��
