小弟目前是個高中生身高約180體重75但是體脂肪偏高<贅肉多多嘎>想要在一個半月以內甩掉過多的體脂肪甩掉肚肚還有健身<想要有腹部和手臂的線條>我現在中午都會跑去學校的健身房練用斜板<約30度>做仰臥起坐十下做三次舉啞鈴8kg雙手各十下做三次晚上也可以撥出半小時慢跑我的體重"�
