為了減肥天天喝豆漿和牛奶可以嗎? - 運動

因為需要瘦25公斤體重才算是正常但又怕胸部會變小所以想每天早上起床喝一杯豆漿一個星期連續3、4天晚上睡前喝一杯牛奶(或是晚餐時喝)這樣子會不會喝太多豆漿和牛奶了?牛奶純粹是因為自己喜歡喝才想喝的(避免自己想喝珍奶==)至於減25公斤我會靠飲食控制和運動
