我有時候心情感到很煩,很悶,或很寂寞,想不透的時候為什麼跑個步運動後就不在感到那麼煩悶了?反而覺得很舒暢?為什麼呢好像有報導指出人運動後腦中會釋放什麼因子?導致心情會開朗?
