我150公分體重75公斤我是女生我小時候因為喝羊奶開始快速肥胖我說過很多次要減肥但是每次都減不到幾天就放棄開始大吃大喝這次我是鼓起很大的勇氣在大聲說一次我要減肥剛好是寒假所以有加上運動30分鐘差不多都睡到中午起來只吃午餐晚餐而已量也比減肥前少很多很多...零食也算戒掉了飲料也沒什
