我有去健身房鍛鍊但似乎沒什麼效果我也有吃高蛋白的飲品在健身房是練仰臥推舉這個方法可以讓胸肌變大一開始的時候有成果出來ㄌ後面就沒ㄌ把重量加重可是一組不到十下就沒力了那ㄟ安捏之前舉的啞鈴是20P第一組可以到20下第二組到第五組可以在十下左右因為前幾次練的時候隔天都會有痠痛感但��
