我身高156體檢資料上說標準體重53.5我現在減到52了(之前58)為什麼依然是大象腿大餅臉蝴蝶袖我都吃很少耶(600~700大卡)雖然吃的少但是青菜水果蛋白質澱粉類奶類都有攝取每天有運動2~4小時(跳舞)早上也有喝茶花綠茶不知道有沒有幫助想趕快瘦臉和四肢總覺得自己真的很胖看起來比實際體重胖的多也許是�
