我知道減肥就是要少吃多動但是我去看減肥醫生時他竟然不准我運動醫生說要先變瘦才能運動因為先運動會變成肌肉會變很壯~是真的嗎??我目前是只有踩踏步機30分加跳30分有氧然後會拉筋+按摩睡前還會抬腿身體是有變瘦但是體重還好到底是先變瘦再運動還是運動就會變瘦呢??廣告跟還有減肥藥不要回我
