為什麼說感冒時可以多喝運動飲料和水? - 運動

聽說如果沒運動的話最好不要喝運動飲料,此外,平時也不需要喝到過量的水,因為這樣都會造成腎臟額外的負擔。不過為什麼感冒的時候需要喝較多的運動飲料和水,沒運動時和生病感冒時同樣是沒出汗,為什麼會有這樣的差異?請大家幫我解惑一下,謝囉!
