小女今年27歲,163cm63kg,我為了減肥,從5月21日開始幾乎天天去上瑜珈課,有時還一上兩堂,但是都已經快過一個月了,我的體重都沒有下降,感覺完全沒有瘦下,而且我也都不吃消夜的,也都不太吃肉,到底要怎樣才能減去我最苦腦的肥肚與粗腰呢?請問有人知道有效的減肥肚方法嗎?謝謝!
