請問:我查了知識網很多有關做運動的資料,但是有一些疑問1.做有氧運動要超過半小時才開始燃燒脂肪,但如果是做地板運動或無氧運動要是不是也要做半小時才會開始燃燒脂肪呢?還是無氧運動要做比較久的時間呢?2.有氧運動每天做半小時,要做多久的期間才會看得出效果呢?3.無氧運動每天要做�
